Minimal titlebar style for Classic Notes

In trying to keep the UI very minimal, I did new title bar style. Tell me what you think. Clicking the left button that shows your note count will allow you to sort through your items. The new button as the name implies, opens a dialog allowing you to choose between a new note or new todo.

Just bought the pro version. If possible would you mind adding the ability to add folders within folders? It would be nice to seperate Home and Work related items.

Also How do you attach To Do's to a note?

Is there a help or FAQ section on this website?

I'll see about adding folders. To attach a todo first create it then within the note hit menu>attach todo then select the todo from there.

Great work, i also bought the pro version today. I love the clean and simple user interface. It would be great if the font could include missing signs like <,>,ß, maybe u will find a good font on dafont.com or similar sites or you can add them. Keep up the good work! If you need someone for translating the app to German, let me know. :)

Hey, I wasn't quite sure where else to post this question, so I hope you don't mind me asking you here:

I'm trying to import some old Blackberry notes that are saved in a CSV format into Classic Notes, but I keep hitting an "Import Error" when I try to upload the csv file.

What format of csv file is Classic Notes expecting, when trying to import notes from a csv file?

Paul said...

csv is just comma separated values so a plain text file with something like one, two, three, four etc

Not sure where to ask. I upgraded to pro - how do I get the pro version to see the notes and to do lists I have already created in the free version?

TIA
Rory

Great design, i find the interface much more intuitive than extensive notes, gave both a spin, and bought classic notes ;-)

Just 2 remarks:

1) Items in conversions seem off here and there, for example temperature will bring up weight.

2) Maybe simplify currency conversion. I found it hard on eyes to scroll the long list.

At least order the list alphabetically, eventually having default currency or event top 5 currencies at top, and maybe the line starting with the currency abbreviation instead of the long text.

Eventually transform the 2 long lists and input field into 2 drop-downs like for other conversions.

..anyways great app, thanks :)
